When Teneo processes an input, it evaluates various scripts and listeners. Not all of them are executed for each input, it depends on the state of the conversation which ones are executed. For example, the 'begin dialog' script is only evaluated on the first request, while the pre-processing script is evaluated for each request. The global 'on-drop' script, on the other hand, is only evaluated when a flow reaches the top of the stack, which may not be true for each transaction.
